Inside the EHT-100: What You’ll Experience
The EHT-100 is a dynamic, multifaceted journey designed to create a powerful arc of real energetic change. Over six immersive weekends, you’ll progress through three essential components that combine immersive teaching, real-world practice, and personal integration — ensuring you don’t just learn energy healing, you embody it.
You’ll move through three essential components:
Live weekend modules — immersive teaching and guided practice with your facilitators.
Self-practice protocols — tailored exercises to integrate your skills between modules.
Partner healing trades — real-time practice and feedback with fellow trainees.
Between each module, you’ll receive new guided self-practice protocols and be paired with a different partner for healing exchanges. These sessions are an opportunity to give and receive healing, apply your skills in real-time, and build deep rapport within a committed and supportive group.

Course Curriculum
Module 1

The Foundations of Energy Healing
This module grounds you in the essential principles of energy healing – Higher Consciousness, the science of the multidimensional field, and the art of navigating your field with attention and intention. You’ll establish the inner compass for your future practice with a grounded yet expansive view of healing and awakening.
Module 2
|
Chakra Anatomy & Energy Blocks
Explore the multidimensional structure of the chakra system and learn how energetic blocks form and function through emotion, belief and lived experience. Learn methods to map and read issues – gaining practical tools to identify patterns of self-perception and facilitate dynamic changes in the energy system.
Module 3
|
Kundalini Energy System Intensive
Dive deep into the vertical axis of the field in this immersive Energy System Intensive focused on the kundalini system. During Energy System Intensives we practice energy work throughout the day. A highlight is the group circle session in which each individual receives a healing session with the support of the facilitators and all participants.
Module 4
|
Embodiment & Trauma Healing
Bring it home to the body with heightened somatic awareness. Explore how trauma shapes our physical, emotional, and relational experience -especially through family systems, personality development and the inner child. This module offers a deeply restorative space for letting go of dysfunctional relational patterns and nervous system regulation.
Module 5
|
The Earth & The Astral Body
Bridge the seen and unseen in this integrative module focused on ancestral healing, the astral body and connection with Earth energies. Explore how memory, lineage and belief patterns shape the energy system. Learn to work with the astral body and relational cords, while cultivating a deeper connection with the abundant healing frequencies of nature.
Module 6
|
Heart & Soul
In this final module, we move beyond the personal to explore transpersonal and collective domains of healing and consciousness. Work with the luminous egg – the full energetic structure that encompasses all levels of the field. Transpersonal healing supports the release of inherited imprints and fosters alignment with one’s authentic, heart-centered purpose.

Our mission is to share energy work as a powerful and accessible holistic wellness tool for individuals and the collective. Our scholarship program is available to those who have a sincere interest in participating, yet do not have the financial means – ensuring that students who may not otherwise be able to attend our EHT-100 program can receive financial assistance. Standard scholarships cover 40% the cost of tuition for the entire program. In addition to our standard scholarship, we may occasionally also consider discretionary scholarship placements on a donation-only basis. Energy healing – also referred to as energy work – is a holistic wellness method in which higher consciousness and energy flow through the practitioner to clear blockage and support the body’s natural resourcefulness.
Just as the physical body has anatomy, the energy field (aka. auric field) is structured by subtle anatomy. Spiritual and healing traditions have emphasized aspects of the subtle anatomy including chakras, meridians, nadis, the central channel and the tube torus.
The EHT is a comprehensive and professional energy healing training and personal development course. We cover a vast array of techniques including energy healing, extrasensory perception development, therapeutic presence, body and field scanning, breathing techniques, chakra balancing, embodiment practices and much more. The EHT-100 takes place over four months. For those looking to gain energy healing certification, we offer the advanced EHT-200 which is six months duration. On average, people complete the full EHT program over the course of twelve to eighteen months. We have found this to be an ideal amount of time for people seeking deep personal and professional development.
The EHT-100 is a live, online training formatted over six weekend modules. On average, there is a three-week gap between modules, providing the time for self-practice and study of the previous module material. Also, there is a partner trade assignment in which students give and receive an energy healing session with a classmate.
The EHT-100 is the first step towards becoming a certified energy healer with Field Dynamics. Our energy healing certification process requires the completion of the EHT-100 and EHT-200 courses along with specific requirements for certification such as case studies, a written exam and a practical demonstration with the facilitators.
We have many testimonials, transformational stories, podcast content and videos with EHT participants sharing their experience. In summation, many people find it to be deeply transformational and often a life-changing experience. In addition to the personal growth there is significant skill development as an energy healer which can be applied to various aspects of life, including career opportunities.
The lead facilitators make themselves available for communication and contact throughout the training and after. There is a private session included in the EHT-100 course fee and some people choose to supplement with regular private sessions throughout the training. After the training ends not only do students know everyone from their cohort but they are introduced to the broader Field Dynamics community of practitioners.
