Energetic Evolution & Shiatsu – How to Release Stress & Recover Life Force with Saul Goodman

Posted on

Is the potency of your “life force” the key to understanding your health? Saul Goodman is an author, teacher and developer of Shin Tai and the founder of the International School of Shiatsu, with branches in over 15 countries. His passion for understanding the energy flow in the human body led to his evolutionary form of Shiatsu, Shin Tai (meaning “Source Body”) – a unique approach to activating inner healing forces. In our conversation we consider the relationship of the physical and energetic body – or aura – and its impact on our lived experiences. Saul shares his insights as to how our body communicates the priority areas for treatment and his techniques for releasing the most critical stressors in the system. Saul shares his wisdom on chakras, meridians and kundalini channels and how they interconnect. We also learn of his remarkable experience in which his clairvoyant abilities began with seeing images in a person’s energy field which related to their issues. We discuss how embracing our existing life exactly as it is and viewing life as a ritual may lead to profound healing. Saul gives his perspective on the light body and how regulating this vibrational level allows for greater integration with our relationships and environment. Furthermore, we consider the role of optimizing the human energy body and the difference between conscious versus subconscious development. Saul’s transformative perspective on health, life and healing is thought provoking and inspires us to consider the nature of our personal and collective evolution.

Saul is author of The Book of Shiatsu, Shiatsu Shin Tai, and Light Body Activation. Shin Tai methodology emerged from his years of practice and discovering the relationship between the resonance of the body and the flow of energy, offering a unique set of diagnostics and techniques to activate the client’s own life force. His book Light Body Activation describes the vibrational shifts taking place in our current stage of evolution and features practices for integrating and synchronizing our life with these vibrational, multidimensional influences. Saul has taught classes for almost forty years, with thirty instructors now teaching Shin Tai in the US and Europe and thousands of practitioners around the world. Currently he runs his private practice alongside his wife Lynn Goodman in Pennsylvania, USA.
