Stellar Meditations

Attune to Stellar Frequencies

The stellar realms express vast templates of order, coherence, and expansion. Each star holds a unique vibrational signature – an immense field capable of generating profound clarity and transformative resonance. In this module you’ll explore how stellar bodies are powerful energetic environments, offering distinct qualities such as enhanced perception, deep shadow work, or consciousness expansion.

Through guided meditations and attunement practices, you’ll learn to connect directly with stellar frequencies in the field, sensing how these cosmic fields reveal latent potentials and stretch your awareness into new territory. You’ll learn how to work with key plant groupings and elemental signatures (periodic table) for a variety of uses. By learning to work with both plant consciousness and elemental archetypes, you’ll develop a more nuanced understanding of how these forces support healing, coherence, and relational alignment within the field. This is vibrational healing at its most grounded – rooted in nature and the intelligence of the living world.

The Transpersonal Journey

Exploring Collective Identity

The transpersonal layers of the field hold the deeper stories, symbols, and patterns that influence identity, meaning, and emotional life. Beyond the personal psyche lies a wider terrain of mythic imagery, karmic residues, and past-life (or transpersonal themes) that continue to shape how we feel, behave, and experience the present moment.

In this module, you’ll learn how to access and perceive these subtle realms with clarity, working directly with the field to explore past-life impressions, unresolved emotional residues and karmic complexes that influence your current embodiment. Rather than focusing on belief systems, we approach transpersonal material as energetic information held in the field that can be read, understood, and integrated in the present moment.
